Fort Equity is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice or representation. We coordinate creditor matters with independent third-party licensed law firms, which may handle civil litigation, arbitration, legal consultation, family-law, criminal-law or corporate-law services. All legal advice, filings, proceedings and representation are provided by the appointed law firm under its own professional responsibility and engagement terms.

The legal services listed below are provided by independent third-party licensed law firms. Fort Equity’s role is limited to collection support, organising case information, client communication and coordination with the appointed law firm.
Civil Lawsuit
Court proceedings for creditor claims are evaluated, filed and handled by an independent third-party licensed law firm. Fort Equity may organise collection records and case documents for the creditor client’s review.
Legal Consultation / Recommendation
Legal advice and recommendations on whether to pursue a matter are provided solely by an independent third-party licensed law firm.
Arbitration
Arbitration advice, filings and representation are handled by an independent third-party licensed law firm, where applicable.
Family Law
Family-law advice and representation are provided by an independent third-party licensed law firm.
Criminal Law
Criminal-law advice, investigation support and representation are provided by an independent third-party licensed law firm.
Corporate Law
Corporate-law advice and services, including company-formation matters, are provided by an independent third-party licensed law firm.
